I had the similar type of bean a few years ago and I really liked them. Recent years I couldn't find anything similar and I saw it this year on the catalog, so I like to plant them again. I ordered a big package and felt the shipment fee was a bit too high, given the price of the seeds for this size of package. The rate of germination was good so far, and hope I have a good harvest this year.
Growing well although I plan to plant outside later in the summer. Right now they are in the greenhouse. Haven’t had them long enough to eat yet.
I'll start off with, not a beginner seed.... but well worth the time and effort to me. This has always been a favorite to come across while out hiking and now I get to see it every year!!
