This was my second year growing this variety. +90% germination rate (started them inside under grow lights and on a heated pad) but had to be very patient; took a couple weeks longer to germinate and I almost gave up. I transplanted them into large containers and they did very well in full sun. Lots of delicious peppers. Great pickled, candied, baked as poppers, green hot sauce and cooked. Definitely buy again for 2027.
Not sure how to rate: maybe 5 stars for the plants but 1 star for the fruit. Easy to start inside and seedlings transplanted well. Thrived in my containers and a very plentiful healthy looking crop. But, they were very bitter even after cutting, salting and letting sit in a colander. Probably won't plant them again and will go back to the larger varieties.
