Mesclun Seed Blends or Mescluns, means a "mixed-up mess of baby greens." Mescluns are a boon for cooks looking for variety in a hurry - a diverse assortment of small leaves can be picked daily for salads. You can pick individual leaves or shear off the whole patch about 2cm (1") from the ground. The plants will re-grow and can be cut again. There are many combinations of flavours and textures. Our custom blends allow you to select a mix that suits your palate. These seeds are all easily grown in containers where space is limited.

Ah, so far all the potato seedlings have sprouted above ground, and I've done my first hilling. The plants have a nice harvest green with bright markings on the leaves..so far so good and do look forward to some scrumous dishes in the fall -- yum!
