Strawflower Seeds

Long listed as the genus Helichrysum, the new name Xerochrysum was adopted in 1990. Strawflowers are coveted as cut and dried flowers. Their petals retain a stiffness that makes them very useful as long lasting dried flowers. The plants are short lived perennials, most often grown as annuals in our climate, with new seeds planted each spring.
