These were a bit trickier to germinate than the Tango variety, but absolutely worth the effort. I kept them in my Ottawa garden all summer, harvesting from the outer stalks as needed. They never bolted and produced beautiful, flavourful celery right through the season. They stayed healthier than my Tango plants and never developed crown rot, even with our unusually wet summer. I’ll definitely be growing them again next year.
I'm looking forward to planting these in the spring.
