Since it’s late in the season, I decided to wait until January before I try to sprout the seeds.
Sprouts and grows really well. Does as advertised and can harvest multiple times. Has fine stems that are tender and easy to use in cooking
I have been growing these for years at Nature's Apprentice Farm. It's an unknown variety to many but once they try them, they are hooked! They are delicious raw in salads or roasted with other root veggies. Quick growing, best harvested at golf ball size. For best results, I cover them with insect netting.
