They were of good quality, I happy that I bought them, not like what you but out nursery.
I purchased these so I can start growing my own garlic. It has become expensive so growing one's own is a great option. I expected to be able to plant about 60 so I can keep some for the subsequent growing season. Not a single small clove in all 12 bulbs I received.
Some bulbs had five cloves, one had four, but all the rest had six. So, I'll harvest about 55 bulbs next summer.
