After receiving your order, we process it and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
During peak season, from late February to early June, processing time may take a little longer than usual. Please be patient as we work hard to ensure your seeds arrive in time to plant and grow.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you can expect it within a few days in Canada, and slightly longer to the U.S.
Spring seasonal items including Potatoes, Flower Bulbs, Onion Sets, Asparagus Crowns can't be shipped until the temperature is reliably above freezing in your region or they risk being damaged due to frost. We monitor weather across our service areas to ensure that seasonal goods are shipped to you as soon as possible, and with plenty of time to plant and grow.
