Beautiful and easy to grow. Had a bountiful harvest but I was very diligent on manual pollination. Attracks the big bumble bees and ended up being the safe places where they took their naps. It was very nice to see a variety of pollinators with these ones. I believe I had a 100% germination rate, too! Didn't attack too many earwigs either!
I wished so badly these ones worked out. I had very nice seedlings going but they just didn't do well in my raised bed after transplanting. Germination took a lot longer than anticipated.
Great germination rate but very slow growing compared to other tomatoes.
Miz America is easy to grow. It takes about 1.5 months to have them established, and then we just pick the leaves once a week. The leaves are tasty with mustard flavour, and after they are bolted (growing flower stalks), the taste is still good. We also eat the flower stalks so these plants are really enjoyable for us!
