This is a great company who stands behind their seeds. I appreciate that because seeds are expensive.

The only issue I have with them though is they appear to quite woke with some of their proceeds going to places I would not donate to. As well, celebration of pride month, etc. I think these political views have no place with seeds and usually I won’t buy from places doing the woke scene because I’m tired of this stuff being shoved in our faces.

I wonder why veteran’s only get 1 day a year and the pride stuff gets 30? Makes no sense. Keep this nonsense out of seeds and I’ll keep being a customer.

I love the variety and simplicity of shopping here.

I've grown Sparky for 5 years, they never disappoint. Easy to germinate, beautiful burnt orange/gold flowers that bloom til hard frost. (Zone 4b Ontario) Great in pots or my flowerbeds. Pollinators love them too!

this is my absolute favourite variety of lettuce. It grows well, doesn't bolt in the heat and is soo buttery in texture. It's a must have in my garden

I started these from seed last year, they will readily germinate in the first year without cold stratification. A bit slow to get going as most perennials are but now in their second year they have taken off! So many beautiful purple blooms attracting bees. Wish they took the lawn daisies out of the "bee turf" mix and replaced it with this native perennial!

So great that West Coast Seeds is offering seeds for these more esoteric plants! Yay! How about gojuchang?

Only leaves sprouting at present....so very hopeful of flowers once established.

In a large pot with a coffee can collar around it (squirrels deterant to stop them kicking plants out). Growing really well though it has been changeable weather here in S Ontario. So its a bit of a halt in growth at present cold nights not so warm days....optimistic for the future though 🤔

Seedlings doing great under grow lights. Lovely dark green leaves and left alone by fungus gnats so far. Spray occaionally with hydrogen peroxide / H2O mix and sticky traps. Looking forward to planting outside...good squirrels deterant.

I overwintered these seeds in january/February up against the garage. To be honest I really didnt expect much having read how difficult lavender was to grow but.....it was amazing so thick and well rooted ( I think I put all the seeds in a 6x6in space of potting soil) probably choking but now in a pot with need to curb the fertilizer so i don't kill it !

Beautiful plants from seeds I was so surprised as I had a box store plant last year which did nothing in my garden and ultimately died. So these prolific seeds have been amazing can't wait for peppers to flower.

Packaging by Westcoast Seeds is incredibly good with much care to secure living plants and wood shavings used later as pest deterrent. ie all of mine were a delight to find sprouting leaves and with a good soak were soon in pots to go outdoors.
