Plant spaghetti squash seeds for those big stringy fruits with the fibrous flesh that falls apart into noodle-like filaments. Treat them just like pasta. These thick skinned winter squash are members of the species Cucurbita pepo, so they will readily cross pollinate with others in that species. The resulting seeds will have unpredictable lineage. Isolate each squash species, if seed saving is the ultimate goal.
