Eriophyllum is a small genus of North American wildflowers in the aster family (Asteraceae) that are all called Woolly Sunflowers. The Common Woolly Sunflower (Eriophyllum lanatum) occurs on the west coast from Vancouver, BC in the north down to southern California.
Bloom time: May to August.
