Seasonal seed garlic has historically shipped toward the end of September and into early October.

All garlic undergoes extensive testing to ensure our customers receive the highest quality product.

Before seed garlic is shipped, our Quality Assurance team performs a visual inspection to check for any signs of rot, mold, or loose cloves and skin.

Following this visual inspection, samples of each garlic variety are randomly selected and sent to an independent laboratory for several tests, including for the detection of any disease presence that might affect storage, soil health, or future crop viability.
