Brassica juncea. Ready for eating in only one month from sowing, Tendergreen mustard seeds produce a vigorous, quick-growing variety for sowing from spring to late autumn. Excellent dark green leaves. The spreading, medium-green, broad, smooth, thick leaves have a very mild flavour. Plants reach about 45cm (18″) in fertile soil and should be thinned to at least 20cm (8″) apart. Note: It bolts around May 1 if planted in February. Plant again in mid to late August for fall harvests. Grow to full size for mustard greens, or enjoy them as tiny microgreens.
