Lovely in containers or hanging baskets, this fragrant Begonia is one of the few with truly red flowers. Begonia Red Glory thrives in full sun to partial shade, and blooms from June until frost if the spent flowers are removed. Begonias are not winter hardy, but you can lift the small tubers and bring them inside to a cool, dark area for planting the following spring. In mild winter areas, a thick mulch may be enough to protect them. Grow in fertile, humus rich soil, and keep well watered in dry weather.
This Begonia grows to a height of 30cm (12″).
