Sow Golden Globe organic turnip seeds for a cool season turnip for spring and fall growing, and winter storage. Harvest the round, slightly golden roots at 10cm (4") diameter, or enjoy the very flavourful, nutritious leaves. The nutritious roots are crisp and sweet with a carrot-like texture. You might be surprised how delicious turnip microgreens are - if you are not used to eating turnip roots, try them as microgreens in a patio container. We also like to pickle sliced turnip roots.
