Corn Salad Seeds

Corn salad is a petite, cold-hardy salad green that is usually harvested as a whole rosette of leaves and eaten raw. The leaves are thicker and more succulent than lettuce, a bit like spinach but with a milder taste. The real appeal of corn salad is its ability to grow through the whole cold season, from September to April. It forms the bulk of our winter salad mixes, and makes a nice base for contrasting flavours mizuna, scallions, and other cold season greens.
