Allium Seeds

Most of our Allium Seeds can be found under the vegetable heading (leeks, garlic, onions & shallots) or in the herb section (chives & garlic chives). But the seeds kept in the flower section are special. While technically edible, we grow them for their beautiful nodding flowers to support native pollinators, and to maintain the habitat of this native wildflower. After several years, the bulbs will divide to the point that a few can be harvested here and there for eating. In the meantime, enjoy the delicate flowers and fascinating life cycle of these Alliums.
