Thoughtful design touched every element of the Countertop Sprouter, resulting in a highly efficient and elegant unit. The main body of the sprouter is glass, with a draining top cap that combines polypropylene and stainless steel. It's easy to fill for soaking, rinsing, and draining — and it's just the right size for small batches, producing enough sprouts for a working couple's week of sandwiches. The patent-pending design improves air flow between rinses, and finished sprouts can be store in the glass container in the fridge. It measures 17cm (6.75") tall and 11cm (4.5") in diameter.
*This sprouter works best with larger sprouting seeds like radish, legumes, and grains. Its drainage holes are a bit to wide for tiny seeds like alfalfa, Brassicas, and clover.
