The bright red colour of this glass hummingbird feeder is meant to catch the eyes of passing hummers and lure them closer for a drink. Once they know where the nectar is, they make regular visits throughout the summer - and all winter in the case of Anna's hummingbird. The base of this feeder comes apart for easy cleaning. Use a ratio of 1 part white sugar to 4 parts clean water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Clean hummingbird feeders regularly with a solution of hot water and white vinegar. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry before refilling. This feeder is 12.5cm (9") tall and 13cm (5") in diameter. It holds 620ml (21 oz) of nectar.
