Description:

The deeply pink petals of Tulip Hawaii are highly fringed at the edges, producing a very distinctive look. They are amazing as bunched bouquets, but look sensational in the flower border as well. They top 45cm (18") stems that remain in bloom for up to three weeks in spring. Like the other tulip choices, this one is hardy to Zone 3 and will perform in full sun to partial shade. Flower bulbs for fall planting ship in September through fall while supplies last. How To Grow

Bulbs are easy to plant and easy to grow. Flower Bulbs are broken down into two very general groups – Fall planting bulbs benefit from sitting in cold soil. Spring planting bulbs do not require cold soil to trigger flowering. Fall planting bulbs can be planted any time between late September and January, but most gardeners plant fall bulbs in October and November, about the same time you would plant garlic. Fall planting bulbs will bloom the following spring and early summer. Spring planting bulbs should be sunk into the ground in March and April. They tend to bloom later in the spring, into mid-summer.
