These beloved couriers face the combined pressures of ongoing unprecedented volume and the need to practice social distancing and other measures to ensure the safety of their workers.

Canada Post is seeing delays of 7 to 10 days, and in some cases longer. Shipping across the continent or to rural destinations seems to take more time.

Please note: Flat Rate shipping is our least expensive shipping option, but it does not provide tracking in some cases. If order tracking is important to you, please select Expedited Shipping or Xpresspost. The shipping times offered by these services come into effect once your order leaves our warehouse.
