Mescluns and Salad Greens
Mesclun means a "mixed-up mess of baby greens." They are a boon for cooks looking for variety in a hurry - a diverse assortment of small leaves can be picked daily for salads. You can pick individual leaves or shear off the whole patch about 2cm (1") from the ground. The plants will re-grow and can be cut again. There are many combinations of flavours and textures. Our custom blends allow you to select a mix that suits your palate. Easily grown in containers where space is limited. (Families: Cole, Lettuce)
