Green Lentils |

Mild tasty, large sprouts. These are high in fiber and linoleic, linolenic and oleic acids, coenzyme Q10, lignans, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B15, B17, C, K, choline, folic acid. Easier to digest than lentils, they taste sweeter and have a more delicate flavour. Wonderful in a mix of sprouts. Ready when the root is 1" long. Substitute for celery in salads. Add to soups.
