Beware of phytonutrient overload! Green Hunter sprouting mix is a blend of mung beans, lentils, adzuki beans, garbanzo and red radish seeds. The sprouts of the chickpea are pre-eminently suited for stir-fry dishes and for soups. Or make your own hummus with the sprouts. Grilled or deep-fried they are delicious in salads. Wash the sprouts before use. You can eat them raw, but in general it is recommended to steam or blanch them.
