Royal Chantenay

You can expect good flavour and an ideal shape for juicing. They are also good for freezing and canning. These big, dark orange carrots 12-15cm (5-6") long, 5cm (2") at the top, and taper to a point. Royal Chantenay is amazingly sweet for a big carrot and is a uniform selection of an old favourite. Matures in 70 days. (open pollinated seeds)
