Snow White
These big white beauties were a real standout in our field this summer. Growing to 25cm (9") and considerable thickness, they prospered in some hard soil that was not watered well. Not an eating carrot, they come into their own in soups and stews and our customers come back for more. The green shoulder is just chlorophyll and is perfectly edible. Matures in 110 days. (
