This CERTIFIED ORGANIC variety is good-tasting, highly uniform, and vigorous. A globe-shaped root with an attractive creamy-coloured interior and purple shoulder, it is delicious cooked or raw. Shorter, wider leaves that can grow to 20cm (8") across allow closer spacing for this Laurentian-like variety. Resistant to club root and mildew. Matures in 85-95 days. (open pollinated seeds)
