This CERTIFIED ORGANIC lettuce has a Hawaiian name (pronounced "ah-new-ee-new-ee")! Thick, green leaves will close to form a head or be easily picked for salads. The variety is heat tolerant and does not get bitter. These big deserve a place in your garden.
French Crisp Letuce: crisp like an iceber, these lettuces are never bitter in summer heat, have real flavour, and are easy to grow. They are als called Batavian lettuces and start out open but eventually form a compact head or bunch. Grow for heads or pick individual leaves for salad mixes.
