CERTIFIED ORGANIC Varna is the ultimate summer leek replacing Imperial Copenhagen Market. It grows so quickly that it can be harvested at the green onion stage for gourmet baby leeks when closely planted. Left to mature, the white stalks can grow to very slender 35cm (14") long with lighter green leaves. Not winter hardy! Matures in 60-80 days. (open pollinated seeds)
