This is a dark-purple, 15cm (6") long, slender Asian variety with a purple calyx on a very pretty plant. The slim shape and thin skin is ideal for stir-frying and sauteing without peeling. It does require a hot summer to produce well. Matures in 85 days. (open pollinated seeds)
