Our earliest cauliflower, these vigorous plants produce dense, medium-sized curds. Wrapper leaves develop in semi-open formation, meaning timely harvest is important for the highest quality curds. This variety holds its colour very well compared with other varieties of its class. However it does not wrap as well as others, so best used for first spring planting. Matures in 50 days. (hybrid seeds)
