Concert

This cauliflower has the very best wrapper leaves and the most solid heads of any we have grown. The unique wrappers actually twist above the curds to give excellent protection from sun. When spaced 90 x 40cm (36 x 16") apart the heads can get up to 1.8-2.2kg (4-5lb); closer spacing will give 0.7-0.9kg (11/2-2lb) heads. This reliable plant delivers a fine flavour. Matures in 60 days. (hybrid seeds)
