Cheddar

The bright orange cauliflower head does look like cheddar cheese! And the colour indicates that the curd or head has elevated levels of beta-carotene. It is a medium-size plant that produces smooth, domed heads with medium weight and firmness in the curds. For the deepest orange colo,r don't worry about covering the head to keep the sun off. Best planted for fall harvest asa Cheddar dislikes heat. Matures in 90 days. (hybrid seeds)
