The English Purple Cape is the first and most colourful cauliflower to greet you after the January/February freezes thaw out. Heads mature early- to mid-March to brightens salads, platters, and winter gardens. Fold leaves over the developing heads to protect them from hard frost. Matures in 61 days or 2 months. (open pollinated seeds)
