Ermosa |
Cooks appreciate this big savoy for salads, in wonderful cole slaw, or to wrap fillings. Savoy cabbages have a rich full flavour. Ermosa is a fancy, late-season variety for planting late spring and fall and winter harvest. Very uniform, round 15 18cm (6-7") heads have a short core. The head is filled densely with creamy yellow interior leaves. Ermosa holds up well into the fall and withstands winter rains. Matures in 95 days. (hybrid seeds)
