Oregon Spring Organic
CERTIFIED ORGANIC! Oregon Spring is the standard of early tomatoes for years here on the Coast. These large slicing tomatoes have a mild tomato flavour and ripen about a week after Siletz on a tidy, determinate plant. You can start these early season tomatoes in February to set out at the end of April when night time temperature is reliably above 7°C (45°F). Because they set fruit very early, you may get a good yield before the blight strikes if you start them this early. You can also take advantage of their ability to set fruit in cool weather since they do not need pollination to set fruit. They are seedless until the end of the summer.
Bush (determinate), Matures in 75 to 80 days. (open pollinated seeds)
Great producing tomato!

I am so excited to find these in organic seed! I have grown Oregon Spring tomatoes in my Central Washington garden, and they are by far my favorite for a good sized red tomato. I couldn\'t find them locally last year, and was determined to find them this year. |
