I planted about a dozen seeds of this variety of squash late this spring. As I write this in late September, our plants are still producing very large and flavorful fruit that we are enjoying tremendously at our supper table. I've found the flavor and texture of the squashes we've grown to exceed the ones that are available from the grocer; and I'm only a first time gardener. My wife and I were not disappointed by the fruit grown from these seeds. I expect to plant more next spring.
