Kestrel

Kestrel beet seeds produce very smooth, round beets with a small crowns and a delicate root tip. Because Kestrel develops this fine shape early, it makes an excellent "baby beet". Sweet, dark red globes are very resistant to bolting and cescospora leaf spot. Makes lovely bunches of baby beets to take to market.
