Bush pumpkins can be set in rows 1-2.5m (3-4') apart, with the plants spaced 45-60cm (18-24"). Vining pumpkins need rows 1.2-1.8m apart (4-6') with plants spaced 1m (36"). At the farm, for a 100' row, use 14-28 grams of seed. An acre will use 12kg (2-4lbs) with rows 1.8-2.4m (6-8') apart. Plant seeds 1cm (1/2") under the soil.
